Betsy of PMC Inc is going to talk about both Listing Procedures/Presentation as well as Handling

Betsy Morgan recently launched Betsy Morgan PMC, Inc. a residential property management consulting
firm based out of Tampa, Florida. Formerly, Betsy was Vice President of Investor Services for
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group. Under her leadership, they earned the
prestigious CRMC® designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers
(NARPM®) and she was instrumental in increasing portfolio growth for BHHS Florida Properties Group
from 150 units to 2,000 units through marketing strategies and acquisitions. Prior to her position with
BHHS Florida Properties Group, Betsy was Florida State Director of Property Management operations
for Coldwell Banker from 1998 until 2003.
