We offer networking luncheons with featured speakers on topics related to residential property management on the third Thursday of each month. In the past we have had speakers on Profitability, Landlord Tenant Law, Fair Housing, Fair Credit Reporting and local ordinances effecting Rental units.
We hold various fund-raisers to assist local charitable organizations each year. We work with the local Boards of Realtors in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties to enhance their Property Management education offerings.
The most striking feature of our organization at all three levels is the willingness of the members to share with one another and with new comers their successes and their failures in the property management business so that we can all get better at serving the customers' needs.
