This course was designed for the property manager wanting to grow their business. It will provide you with tips on how to increase your profit by adding income and decreasing your expenses. You will learn about how to make the most of your time and resources, and lower your vacancy rates. In turn, you will be able to better serve your customers, by helping them make more money.
Instructor: Cynthia DeLuca has sold thousands of properties, managed over 135 Realtors, and educated tens of thousands of real estate professionals. After selling her real estate brokerage, Cynthia decided to focus her career on helping other Realtors reach a higher potential.
