In today’s world, it is important for property managers to not only know the statutes, but also established case-law for how judges make decisions.Join us as we welcome Hillsborough Circuit Judge Cynthia S. Oster and Judge Alissa Ellison as they discuss property management and the law. Our guest judges will discuss:

Governing Statutes and Caselaw
Common Mistakes Made by Landlords
Real Life Case Examples of Mistakes

We will also hear a legislative update from the GTR Property Manager Subcommittee Chairperson, Dave Sigler. He will share some information on legislation that will affect you and your business.

A $10 fee will be assessed for class cancellations not received at least 24 hours before the start of class time. Cancellations must be completed through the Member Portal or by emailing education@tamparealtors.org.
